Are you a locally-owned company?
Yes! We are locally owned and operated right here in Erie, PA! Our prints are produced by Photo Stock Plus out of Canada and shipped directly to you. Rest assured, Action Shots is a local company, and we will handle any questions or concerns immediately. Our photographers, designers, and editors, are all based right here in Erie, PA.
I want to order prints but your ala carte prints seem expensive.
Your best bet for ordering prints is to choose from one of our cost effective print packages. You can put multiple photos/poses into one package and take advantage of the discounting that comes from a package. We also offer very nice photo keepsake books that come with 20 photos if you are looking to capture multiple photos.
I want to order a custom photo keepsake product with multiple photos, but I am not sure how.
We will design it for you free of charge! If you are interested in a photo keepsake book, canvas print, blanket with up to 14 photos, fat head, canvas, etc, simply phone 814-882-9541, and we will get the necessary details from you to design the perfect custom photo keepsake for you. What a great gift idea! And, you will see a proof to approve before it goes to print.
How do I find my photos?
First, start by having a look at the photos from your game or event. Click on View Photos from the homepage. Click through your sport or event, and then locate and click on your event, until you come to your photos. Or, simply type your event or team name into the "search" to quickly find you event.
My photos are not online or the folder shows as "empty" – where are they?
Our photographers upload their photos on the night of the event, or the following day. If you cannot find your photos 48 - 72 hours following the event, you can submit an inquiry by going to the Contact Us tab. Remember, although our photographers do their best to meet the 48-72 hour deadline, sometimes photos take a bit longer to upload.
What products can I order?
Have a look at our Products to see the great range of products we offer. With many of our products, you can even see a preview with of your customized photo product immediately before you confirm your order! A handful of our products are custom designed, specifically for you, and will require the work of a graphic designer. For these items, we will email you a proof before the item is sent to print.
I am having trouble placing an order... can you help?

Can you edit my photos?
Our editors will remove red eye, adjust the brightness, and may slightly crop an image in order to enhance the final result (excludes digital downloads), and ensure you receive a high-quality, professional image. We do not perform cosmetic alterations on photographs. You are able to crop your own photos on this web site and change photos to black and white or "antique" sepia.
Will the watermark over the picture be on my pictures when I receive my order?
No. It is only on your picture during the previewing process.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover Card. We also will accept payment via Paypal, or mail in check. We are locally owned and operated right here in Erie, PA! Our prints are produced by Photo Stock Plus out of Canada and shipped directly to you. This is why your payment is processed by Photo Stock Plus and may be displayed as an international charge. They have a New York location that you may send your payment to as well if you choose the mail in check option.
When will I receive my order?
Typically once an order is approved, you will receive your order within 10-14 business days. Custom-designed orders such as wall clings, blankets, and custom posters may take slightly longer.
How do I place an order with multiple photos online?
1. Click on "View your photos" button on the home page.
2. Find your event.
3. Look at the pictures and click on "add to favorites" for all the pictures that you like.
4. When you are finished reviewing photos, click on "favorites" in the left navigational menu.
5. Select "order products" and browse the "prints," "gifts," "packages," and "downloads" tabs to decide which products you want to order.
6. Select the specific photos for each product you wish to order.
7. When you are done, proceed to check out.
8. For non-custom products, you will be able to see a preview of your item before placing your order.
* Pictures must be within the same price group to be ordered on the same product. For instance, you cannot order a product with one photo at 10% off and one photo at regular price.
Can I order one package and use multiple pictures?
Yes! That is one of the major benefits of doing business with Action Shots! Packages are an excellent way to purchase many prints and photo products at the absolute BEST value.
I want to get electronic photo files to share with friends and family on Facebook.
Great. We have great quantity discounts available for electronic files, so you can order all the electronic files from your event for a very affordable price! Interested in getting all your favorites digitally? Phone 814-882-9541 to place your order by phone.
If I add pictures to "my favorites," do I have to order them?
No. My favorites is available as your area of the site, where you can save your favorite action shots of your child, order at a later date, etc. You will be prompted for your name and email address so the site can remember you and your favorite images each time you visit.
Why can't I see a preview of some of the products?
With many of our products, you CAN see a preview with of your customized photo product immediately before you confirm your order! A handful of our products are custom designed, specifically for you, and will require the work of a graphic designer. For these items, we will email you a proof before the item is sent to print.
The order I received is wrong or damaged– what can I do?
We apologize for your inconvenience! Just fill in the "Contact Us" form with the details of your order, let us know what was wrong, and one of our team members will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
I’m not happy– What can I do?
We offer a Complete Satisfaction Guarantee on all our photos and products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your prints, just fill in the ‘Contact Us Form’ with the details of your order, let us know what you’re not happy with, and one of our team members will be in contact with you within 48 hours to work out a solution for you.
I would like to book a posed picture day for my league with your company. How do I do that?
